On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, either printed or via your smart phone, or simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
Included in the price of your ticket is:
- Entry to the park, including the Museum of Farming, Hall of Transport, indoor & outdoor play areas and animal paddocks & petting farm
- Participation in the daily activities - bottle feeding, goat walking, animal handling, animal racing
- Entry to the Hawkridge Bird of Prey flying display
There is a small additional charge for the following:
- Deer Train Safari (£2 per person)
- Electric Cars, Remote Controlled Boats & Orbitors (£1 per ride)
- Tractor Tom (50p per ride)
- Animal food (£1 per bag from reception or 20p per handful from the dispensers)
Yes, although you would pay full price and not take advantage of the 10% online booking discount.
Yes, the park is wheelchair and pushchair accessible. There is an accessability map available from reception showing gradients and all accessible areas. Some of the attractions in the park, including the Deer Train, are not wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available for free loan at reception. Please note that pre-booking may be necessary.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID or have the barcode from the email accessible from your smartphone.
